1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Prime Swift Transfer API, dashboard, or associated financial services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Service.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to facilitate illegal transactions, money laundering, terrorist financing, or to route funds to sanctioned entities. Prime Swift Transfer maintains automated AML/KYC screening and reserves the right to freeze accounts pending regulatory review.
